Dana 7. marta 2025, primio sam e-poštu u kojoj se navodi da je moj nalog neaktivan pa sam morao da se prijavim u roku od 30 dana nakon što sam primio e-poštu kako nalogu ne bi bila naplaćena neaktivna naknada, ukratko, na osnovu imejla na koji sam se prijavio u aplikaciju da bih to izbegao.
Zatim, nešto kasnije, dobio sam nekoliko ponuda od pokerstarsa u kojima je manje-više pisalo da ako uplatim 100 dolara onda ću dobiti i bonus do 100 dolara, ali u poslednjem mejlu i istoj ponudi konačno sam bio zainteresovan da napravim depozit 8. aprila 2025. za 50 dolara.
Ranije sam, pored bonusa do 100 dolara u mejlu, dobio i besplatan bonus za turnirsku kartu od 1 dolara i igrao sam glatko bez ikakvih problema, ali kada sam deponovao i koristio promo kod, nedugo nakon što sam pokušao da igram i ušao na turnir, pojavila se poruka da mi u suštini nije dozvoljeno da igram, a zatim se pojavila i ro i triutine da se prijavim na nalog ponovo se prijavi, bilo je isto i zaboravio sam koliko puta sam pokušao ponovo da se prijavim, ispostavilo se da ne mogu i pojavila se poruka da mi je nalog ograničen ili zatvoren.
