Razumem standardni period čekanja od 14 dana, međutim, želeo bih da istaknem da se moja situacija razlikuje od normalnog kašnjenja.
Moje povlačenje je već 8 dana označeno kao „Odobreno", ali nisam primio nikakva sredstva. Pored toga, nije dat TXID ili link za transakciju preko blokčejna, što snažno ukazuje na to da plaćanje zapravo nije obrađeno.
Štaviše, kontaktirao sam podršku kazina više puta u proteklih 8 dana i nisam dobio nikakav odgovor.
S obzirom na ove činjenice — odobren status bez proverljive transakcije, bez komunikacije sa podrškom i slični izveštaji od drugih korisnika — zabrinut sam da ovo možda nije standardno kašnjenje u obradi.
Ljubazno bih vas zamolio da detaljnije pregledate moj slučaj i razmotrite raniju intervenciju, jer se brinem da mi sredstva možda neće biti isplaćena.

I understand the standard 14-day waiting period, however, I would like to point out that my situation appears to be different from a normal delay.
My withdrawal has been marked as "Approved" for 8 days already, but I have not received any funds. Additionally, no TXID or blockchain transaction link has been provided, which strongly suggests that the payment has not actually been processed.
Furthermore, I have contacted the casino support multiple times over the past 8 days and have received no response at all.
Given these facts — approved status without a verifiable transaction, no communication from support, and similar reports from other users — I am concerned that this may not be a standard processing delay.
I kindly ask if you could review my case more closely and consider earlier intervention, as I am worried that my funds may not be paid.
