Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa ozbiljnim kršenjem pravila odgovornog kockanja od strane Realz Casino-a.
Dana 21. decembra 2025. i ponovo 22. decembra 2025. godine, eksplicitno sam zatražio trenutno zatvaranje mog naloga zbog problema vezanih za kockanje. Jasno sam izjavio da ne želim da nastavim sa kockanjem i zatražio sam da mi se nalog trajno zatvori.
Uprkos ovim zahtevima, moj nalog nije zatvoren, ostao je potpuno aktivan i mogao sam da nastavim sa uplatama i kockanjem. Nakon mojih zahteva za zatvaranje, uplatio sam i izgubio približno 10.000 PLN.
Kazino je ne samo ignorisao moje zahteve za zatvaranje, već je i nastavio komunikaciju bez ikakvih ograničenja. Tek 14. januara 2026. godine, Realz je konačno zatvorio moj nalog, što sada tvrde da je urađeno „na moj zahtev", uprkos činjenici da sam zatvaranje zatražio nedeljama ranije.
Ovo je jasno kršenje obaveza odgovornog kockanja. Kada igrač zatraži zatvaranje naloga iz razloga vezanih za kockanje, kazino mora odmah da reaguje i spreči dalje uplate i igru.
Tražim povraćaj svih depozita izvršenih nakon mog prvog zahteva za zatvaranje računa 21. decembra 2025. godine. Mogu da dostavim e-poštu kao dokaz kojim se potvrđuju moji zahtevi i moja istorija depozita.
Ljubazno molim Casino Guru da pregleda ovaj slučaj i pomogne u pravednom rešavanju ovog spora.
Zbog ograničenja priloga, nisam mogao da otpremim celu istoriju depozita. Mogu da obezbedim kompletne evidencije o depozitima na zahtev.
I am submitting this complaint regarding a serious breach of responsible gambling rules by Realz Casino.
On 21 December 2025 and again on 22 December 2025, I explicitly requested the immediate closure of my account due to gambling-related problems. I clearly stated that I did not want to continue gambling and asked for my account to be closed permanently.
Despite these requests, my account was not closed, remained fully active, and I was able to continue depositing and gambling. After my closure requests, I deposited and lost approximately 10,000 PLN.
The casino not only ignored my closure requests but also continued communication without enforcing any restriction. Only on 14 January 2026 did Realz finally close my account, which they now claim was done "upon my request", despite the fact that I requested closure weeks earlier.
This is a clear violation of responsible gambling obligations. Once a player requests account closure for gambling-related reasons, the casino must act immediately and prevent further deposits and play.
I am requesting a refund of all deposits made after my first account closure request on 21 December 2025. I can provide email evidence confirming my requests and my deposit history.
I kindly ask Casino Guru to review this case and assist in resolving this dispute fairly.
