Izvršio sam podizanje novca 10. januara 2026. godine u iznosu od 922,85 dolara. Moj zahtev je odbijen i savetovano mi je da dozvolim da se sredstva uplate na moj račun putem BSB-a i broja računa, a ne preko mog PLATID-a.
U sistemu kazina, pokazuje da je moje povlačenje bilo uspešno, međutim, nisam primio sredstva.
Uplata je bila od strane CBA, što je zahtevalo 24-časovno bezbednosno zadržavanje. Rizspin mi je rekao da sačekam 3 radna dana, što sam i uradio.
Kada sam se raspitao o svom povlačenju 14. januara, rečeno mi je da sačekam još jedan dan - što sam i uradio.
Onda su me zadirkivali da dostavim zvanični bankovni izvod putem pdf linka, uprkos preuzimanju izvoda iz moje banke, rizspin ga je stalno odbijao govoreći da to nije zvanični bankovni izvod - nakon sati rasprave da li jeste, prihvatili su ga, ali su zatim tražili da dostavim dokaz da je moja imejl adresa povezana sa mojim nalogom - poslao sam im pisma iz banke u kojima se navodi da jeste, ali kazino i dalje ne prihvata i odbija da mi plati.
I made a withdrawl on the 10th of January 2026 for the amount of $922.85. My request was rejected and advised to permit funds to be deposited into my account via bsb and account number rather than my payid.
In the casino system, it shows that my withdrawl was successful however i didn't receive funds.
The payment was from CBA which required a 24hour security hold. Rizspin told me to wait 3 business days which i did.
When i enquired about my withdrawl on the 14th of January, i was told to wait another day - which i did.
Then i was given the run around about providing an official bank statement via a pdf link, despite downloading statement from my bank, rizspin kept rejecting it saying it wasn't official bank statement - after hours of arguing it is, they accepted it but then requested i provide evidence that my payid email is linked to my account - I've sent them letters from the bank stating it is but casino is still not accepting it and refuse to pay me
