Podnosim ovu žalbu protiv operatera Casiworx NV, u vezi sa njihovim kazino brendom „RockstarWin" zbog nepravednog otkazivanja mojih legitimnih dobitaka u ukupnom iznosu od 200 dolara.
Uspešno sam ispunio sve uslove klađenja za promotivni bonus i podneo zahtev za isplatu celog dobitka. Status zahteva se promenio u „Na čekanju", a moj saldo za igranje je praktično bio nula.
Dok sam čekao da se isplata obradi, primetio sam još jedan dostupan bonus. Verujući da je moja prethodna sesija igranja u potpunosti završena i zatvorena, aktivirao sam ovaj novi bonus i započeo posebnu, nezavisnu sesiju igranja. Želim kategorično da izjavim da ni u jednom trenutku nisam koristio zabranjene taktike, kao što su „odlaganje rundi igre" ili „bonus funkcije".
Nisam ispunio uslove klađenja za ovaj drugi bonus i izgubio sam ga. Tri dana kasnije, kazino me je obavestio da otkazuju moj dobitak od prvog, uspešno završenog bonusa. Izazivam RockstarWin da pruži bilo kakve konkretne dokaze, kao što su detaljni dnevnici igre, koji dokazuju da sam koristio metod „odlaganja rundi igre". Bez takvog dokaza, njihova optužba je neosnovana.
2. Pogrešna primena pravila: Moja radnja — pokretanje nove bonus sesije — ne potpada pod pravilo „odlaganja rundi igre". Kazino pogrešno primenjuje taj termin kako bi opravdao nezakonito oduzimanje mojih sredstava.
3. Kazna za nepostojeće pravilo: Uslovi bonusa kazina ne zabranjuju eksplicitno aktiviranje novog bonusa dok je prethodno povlačenje u toku. Kažnjavam se zbog kršenja „skrivenog pravila" koje nije navedeno u uslovima i odredbama, što je krajnje nepravedna i netransparentna praksa.
Moji dobici od prvog bonusa su dobijeni legitimno i u dobroj veri. Odluka kazina da ih konfiskuje je nesrazmerna i nema nikakvu činjeničnu osnovu.

I successfully met all the wagering requirements for a promotional bonus and submitted a withdrawal request for my full winnings. The request status changed to 'Pending', and my playing balance was effectively zero.
While waiting for the withdrawal to be processed, I noticed another available bonus. Believing my previous gaming session was fully completed and closed, I activated this new bonus and began a separate, independent gaming session. I want to state categorically that at no point did I use any prohibited tactics, such as "delaying game rounds" or "bonus features".
I did not meet the wagering requirements for this second bonus and lost it. Three days later, the casino informed me they were canceling my winnings from the first, successfully completed bonus. They justified this by accusing me of violating the rule against "delaying any game round... to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement".
My position is as follows:
1. The Accusation is Factually Incorrect and Unproven: The rule they cited describes a specific manipulative technique that I did not use. I never paused or delayed any bonus round or feature. My gameplay was straightforward. I challenge RockstarWin to provide any concrete evidence, such as detailed game logs, that proves I used the "delaying game rounds" method. Without such proof, their accusation is baseless.
2. Misapplication of Rules: My action—starting a new bonus session—does not fall under the "delaying game rounds" rule. The casino is misapplying the term to justify the wrongful confiscation of my funds.
3. Punishment for a Non-Existent Rule: The casino's Bonus Terms do not explicitly prohibit activating a new bonus while a previous withdrawal is pending. I am being penalized for breaking a "hidden rule" that was not stated in the terms and conditions, which is a profoundly unfair and non-transparent practice.
My winnings from the first bonus were obtained legitimately and in good faith. The casino's decision to confiscate them is disproportionate and lacks any factual basis.
I have tried to resolve this issue directly with the casino's support, but they refused to provide a clear explanation or evidence. I kindly ask for your assistance in this matter to ensure a fair resolution.
