Zdravo, tek prošle nedelje sam rešio žalbu u vezi sa istim kazinom. Moj nalog je bio blokiran od 3. februara zbog verifikacije koja je trajala 30 radnih dana. Romibet je otključao moj nalog u četvrtak, 19.3.2026.
A sada o novom problemu.
Istog dana sam zatražio novo povlačenje 500 u 14:00 časova po Griniću.
Od 8:00 časova po GMT-u, 20.3.2026., obradili su to povlačenje i ja sam istog jutra zatražio novo, koje je još uvek u toku, a zatim sam narednih dana planirao još dva povlačenja.
Na sajtu piše da je rok za isplatu 3 radna dana, a taj rok je nestao, sutra je 5. radni dan. Kako mogu tako brzo da obrade jednu isplatu, a sledeću tako odlažu? Kao da nije mala količina novca, 13500 evra plus 1500 evra u isplatama na čekanju. Čini mi se kao da rade sve što je u njihovoj moći da odlože moje isplate, pre svega prekomerni proces verifikacije, a sada odlažu moje isplate i ponovo mi daju generičke odgovore. Kažu da su mi limiti za isplatu od 500 evra dnevno do 7000 evra mesečno, a po brzini kojom isplate izlaze, biću srećan ako dobijem 1500 evra mesečno, što je na gornjoj granici limita, morali bi da obrade 3 isplate nedeljno da bi ga ispunili, a trenutno ne mogu ni da naprave jednu.
Jedna osoba je rekla da je greška mog provajdera plaćanja, ali da oni ranije nisu imali problema i da isplata na čekanju nije pomerena na pregled, tako da to nije istina, a ako jeste, imam drugi verifikovani način plaćanja koji bih mogao da koristim ako su me upravo kontaktirali. Drugi kazina su to uradili i tražili od mene da pređem na e-novčanik, ali vi stalno dobijate generičke odgovore kada kontaktirate ćaskanje uživo, dobijate samo skriptovani odgovor, a isto važi i kada pošaljete imejl. U problemu sam, ne mogu da dobijem direktan odgovor ni od koga, kao da uopšte ne kontaktiraju finansijsko odeljenje za odgovore i samo misle da je u redu da me zamole da budem strpljiv. Drugi kazina koji imaju iste vremenske rokove i uslove kao ovaj mogu da odgovore na vaše pitanje putem ćaskanja uživo i mogli su da me savetuju o promeni načina plaćanja ili kašnjenjima ili da dobiju definitivan odgovor o mojim isplatama.
Ne znam kuda dalje. Bio sam više nego strpljiv oko verifikacije, a sada me zavaravaju, iako zapravo mogu da dobijem svoj novac, a njih nije briga, i to je uništilo iskustvo dobijanja ovih dobitaka i nije izazvalo ništa osim stresa pokušavajući da pristupim svom novcu.
U prilogu imam slike predmetnih povlačenja sredstava i deo prepiske sa njih.
Dok mi je nalog bio zaključan, Romibet VIP tim, posebno arogantan, mi je ponudio VIP pogodnosti, iako moj VIP status nije napredovao. Ponudili su brže isplate u roku od 24 sata za obradu, što je i bilo ponuđeno dok mi je nalog blokiran, a sada kada je otvoren, ne mogu mi dati tu ponudu, niti čak obraditi moje isplate u roku navedenom na njihovom sajtu.
Bilo bi lepo malo angažovanja i malo razjašnjenja, nema opcija za rešavanje ovog problema ili nema kontakta da se kaže da postoji problem ili da je došlo do kašnjenja, samo tišina i molimo vas za strpljenje.
Čak i da mi je ponuđeno da isprobam drugi način plaćanja za brži vremenski okvir obrade, što je bio slučaj. Ili da podignem jedan veliki deo mog maksimalnog limita za povlačenje, a zatim čekam 30 dana za sledeći, ali nema opcija ili nema razgovora sa finansijskim timom, samo mi stalno govore da budem strpljiv, iznova i iznova, a ja sam bio više nego strpljiv i samo želim da uživam u novcu koji imam, a ne da ga dobijam postepeno ili kada kazino želi. Dakle, dao sam opcije, pa zašto ne biste razgovarali sa mnom i razgovarali o tome na kraju dana, moj novac se ponovo drži i nema kraja na sajtu, možete dobiti jedan od petsto evra sada i jedan kada Romibet želi, zašto biste dali vremenski okvir, ako nemate nameru da ga zadržite?

Nema angažovanja od strane kazina niti poštovanja vremenskih okvira, i oni jednostavno misle da mogu da vam isplate male iznose kad god smatraju da je u početku postojao razlog, ali sada nema razloga da stalno zadržavaju moje isplate i stalno vas zasipaju praznim čestitkama i molim vas za strpljenje, dosta mi je toga, ne tražim mnogo, samo želim svoj novac na vreme, isplatili su mi 1500 evra za 3 meseca, a moj prenos je preko 50000.

Hi only last week I resolved a complaint with this same casino.my account was blocked since Feb 3 due to verification which took 30 business days to resolve. Romibet unlocked my account on Thursday 19/3/26.
Now for the new problem.
On that same day I requested a fresh withdrawal of 500 at 14:00 gmt.
As of 8:00am gmt on the 20/3/26 they processed that withdrawal and I requested a new one on the same morning which is still pending and then on the coming days I lined up two more withdrawals.
There site states 3 business days for withdrawals and that timeframe is gone tomorrow is business day 5 How can they process one so quick and delay the next so bad. Like it’s not a small amount of money 13500 euro plus 1500 euro in pending withdrawals. It feels like they are doing everything in their power to delay my withdrawals excessive verification process first of all and now delaying my withdrawals and just giving me generic answers again. They say my withdrawals limits are 500 euro a day up to 7000 euro a month at the rate the withdrawals are coming out I’ll be lucky to get 1500 euro a month at the upper end of the limit they would need to process 3 a week to meet it as it stands they can’t even make one.
One person said it was my payment providers fault but they haven’t had an issue before and the pending withdrawal hasn’t moved off under review so that’s not true and if it was I have another verified payment method which I could use if they just engaged with me other casinos have done this and requested me to change to my e wallet but u just keep getting given generic answers again when u contact live chat u just get scripted answer and the same when you email I am at my withs end I can’t get a straight answer off anyone it’s like they don’t actually contact the finance department at all for answers and they just think it’s ok to just ask me to be patient. Other casinos that have the same timeframes and terms and conditions as this one are able to deal with ur query thru live chat and have been able to advise me about changing payment method or delays or get a definitive answer about my withdrawals.
I don’t know where to go from here I was more than patient over verification now I’m being messed around when I can actually get my money and they don’t care and it’s ruined the experience of getting these wins and caused nothing but stress trying to access my money.

While my account was locked Romibet vip team cocky in particular offered me vip perks even though my vip hasn’t levelled up she offered faster withdrawals 24hr processing timeframe which was being offered while my account is blocked now that it’s open they can’t give me that offer or even process my withdrawals in the timeframe stated on their site.
Some engagement would be nice and some clarity there are no options given to work thru this or no contact to say there is problem or that delay just silence and please be patient.
Even if I was offered to try a different payment method for faster processing timeframe which was. Or to withdraw one large lump of my max withdrawal limit and then wait 30 days for the next one but there are no options or no discussion with finance team just keep getting told please be patient over and over again and I have been more than patient and I just want to enjoy the money I have one and not get it in drips and drabs or when the casino feels like it. So I gave options there so why not engage with me and let’s discuss this at the end of the day my money is being held again and there is no end in site u can one five hundred euro now and one when Romibet feels like why give a time frame is u have no intention of keeping it.
My account is fully verified now and I was more than patient then most casinos can do it in 24 hrs it Romibet 30 plus business days, so now my account is fully verified what’s the delay now
There is no engagement from the casino and no following of time frames and they just feel like they can pay u out small amounts whenever they feel like like there was a reason at first but now there is no reason to keep holding back my withdrawals and they keep hitting u with empty congratulations and please be patient I have had enough of it I’m not asking for much I just want my money in a timely manner they have paid me out 1500 euro in 3 months and my roll over is well over 50000
