Jasno je da koristite ucene i pretnje (npr. uništavanje reputacije putem Casino Guru-a i drugih veb-sajtova za posredovanje/recenzije) da biste rešili svoje probleme, i želeo bih da vas obavestim da ne tolerišemo takvo ponašanje. Takođe, vaši odgovori u ovoj temi i pisanje recenzije sa jednom zvezdicom na TrustPilot-u, a da nam niste dali priliku za posredovanje, pokazuju nepoštovanje i negativan stav sa vaše strane od samog početka.
Ako ne verujete u naše procese i niste zainteresovani za medijaciju, nisam siguran zašto uopšte pokrećete žalbu. Prošlo je pet dana otkako sam vam postavio jednostavno pitanje, a umesto odgovora, pokazali ste mi još više stava i prezira.
Dakle, dok čekam da kazino odgovori na moje poslednje pitanje u vezi sa vašom zavisnošću od kockanja pomenutom u pisanoj komunikaciji 6. septembra, želeo bih da vas zamolim da preispitate svoj stav i da mi javite da li ste uopšte zainteresovani za medijaciju. Dear Danne71. The casino has provided me with the whole communication between you and the support team, that also aligns neatly with evidence provided by yourself.
It is clear you are using blackmail and threats (i.e. ruining reputation via Casino Guru and other mediation/review websites) to resolve your issues, and I would like to make you aware that we do not condone such behaviour. Also your responses within this thread and writing one star review on TrustPilot without giving us the chance for mediation, shows disrespect and negative mindset on your part from the get go.
If you do not trust in our processes and are not interested in mediation, I am unsure why even opening the complaint in the first place. It's been five day since I asked you a simple question, and instead of an answer, you gave me more attitude and contempt.
So while I am waiting for the casino to respond to my last question regarding your gambling addiction mentioned in written communication on 6th September, I would like to ask you to reconsider your attitude and let me know whether you are even interested in mediation. If you do, please let me know if you ever tired to self-exclude following the steps outlined in the Responsible Gambling page of the casino. If you are not interested anymore, this case will be rejected and it will free up a slot for another complaint, from someone wanting the help and ready to cooperate. Thank you.
