Ne mogu da pristupim istoriji igre jer je platforma resetovala moju sesiju kada je isteklo vreme, a Chicken Crossy ne čuva istoriju rundi na strani igrača. Takođe nisam snimio video jer nisam očekivao da će igra imati greške.
Međutim, želeo bih da razjasnim:
Pobednički ekran se pojavio na mom uređaju
Sesija je odmah nakon toga istekla
Podrška platforme je priznala da je došlo do prekida sesije
Moj saldo na snimku ekrana i dalje pokazuje 15 dolara, što znači da runda nije ponovo pokrenuta ili završena gubitkom
Prikaz množitelja se možda pogrešno prikazivao jer se igra zamrznula u trenutku pobede pre prekida veze.
Pošto ne mogu sam da preuzmem završene runde, ljubazno bih pitao da li kazino može da obezbedi dnevnik igre provajdera za moju sesiju, jer samo provajder ima pristup podacima o završenim rundama.

Thank you for explaining what is needed.
I am unable to access my game history because the platform reset my session when it timed out, and Chicken Crossy does not save round history on the player side. I also did not record a video because I did not expect the game to glitch.
However, I would like to clarify:
The win screen did appear on my device
The session timed out immediately afterward
The platform support admitted that there was a session interruption
My balance in the screenshot still shows $15, which means the round did not restart or end in a loss
The multiplier display may have appeared incorrectly because the game froze at the win moment before disconnecting
Since I cannot retrieve finished rounds myself, I kindly ask if the casino can provide the provider game log for my session, because only the provider has access to the completed-round data.
I have cooperated fully and provided everything that is available to me.
