Uplata je odobrena, trebalo je da bude poslata 1. februara, nisam je primio, poslao sam poruku, rekli su da je poslata i da im je potreban moj izvod iz banke, dokaz da nisam primio novac. Poslao sam im izvod 22. jer je tada generisan, a zatim su poslali potvrdu o transakciji u kojoj se navodi da je novac poslat i da kontaktiram svoju banku, pa sam to i uradio. Potvrdili su da ništa nije stiglo do mene ili da je zaglavljeno, tražili su broj UETR-a kako bi mogli da me prate, iako je to na kompaniji koja šalje novac, pa sam tražio, ignorisali su me, a onda sam na kraju dobio poštu u kojoj se tražilo da mi pošalju iste informacije. Ponovo sam rekao, na šta sam im rekao da imate informacije i da mi pošaljete dug. Sada me ponovo ignorišu. 60 imejlova. Znam da ga nisu poslali ili su ga poslali nekom drugom, ali to nije moj problem. Da li postoji nešto što mogu da uradim da pomognem? Novac je osvojen stvarnim novcem, a ne bonus novcem igrajući bingo?
Payment was approved suppose to be sent 1st Feb never received it i messaged they said it was sent and they needed my bank statement proof of me not receiving the money So I sent them the statement on the 22nd as thats when it was generated they then sent transaction slip saying money was sent and to contact my bank so I did they confirmed there was nothing coming to me or stuck they asked for the uetr number so they could trace even tho its up to the company sending the money to do so I asked got ignored then eventually got mail asking for the same information all.ovet again which I said to them you had the info and to send me what's owed now I'm being ignored again 60 emails I know they haven't sent it or sent it to someone else but thats not my problem is there anything can do to help money was won with actual money and not bonus money playing bingo
