Nažalost, kao što ste gore pomenuli, veb-sajt kazina nije bio dostupan već duže vreme i izgleda da je kazino potpuno prestao sa radom. Pored toga, nemoguće je javno na internetu pronaći bilo kakav relevantan kontakt/imejl u vezi sa kazinom ili kompanijom koja navodno stoji iza njega. Stoga, ne možemo da nastavimo sa rešavanjem ove žalbe i primorani smo da je zatvorimo kao „nerešenu", što će negativno uticati na ocenu kazina.

Unfortunately, as you mentioned above, the casino's website has not been accessible for a long time, and it appears the casino stopped operating completely. In addition, it is impossible to find any relevant contact/email related to the casino or the company allegedly behind it publicly on the internet at all. Therefore, we cannot continue resolving this complaint, and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.
Although the casino website does not work anymore, from the information we gathered during the time it was up, I recommend you contact the gaming authority the casino should have been regulated by (AOFA) and submit a complaint directly to the regulator.
