Želeo bih da vas pitam za savet u vezi sa problemom sa isplatom koji imam u Spellwin kazinu.
Izvršio sam podizanje novca 20.2.2026. Podizanje je čekalo 13 dana, a onda su ga 5.3.2026. otkazali bez ikakve najave ili objašnjenja.
Kontaktirao sam njihov čet i rečeno mi je da imaju tehnički problem. Zatim su mi savetovali da ponovo izvršim isplatu.
Podneo sam novi zahtev za povlačenje 5.3.26 i sada je ponovo na čekanju.
Moja KYC procedura je u redu i iznos isplate je smanjen kako bi se uskladio sa njihovim bonus uslovima. Njihovo uobičajeno vreme isplate je 3 radna dana. Dakle, 13 dana je smešno dugo vreme za obradu isplate.
Moje pitanje je sada šta ih sprečava da ovo ponovo urade? Da ostave povlačenje na čekanju, a zatim ga ponovo otkažu posle 13 dana? Razlog: tehnički problem.
Ne mogu ništa da uradim povodom toga. Ovo nije normalno ponašanje kazina. Ne bih želeo da bilo koji drugi igrač mora da prođe kroz ovaj proces.

I would like to ask your advise for a withdrawl problem i have with spellwin casino.
I made a withdrawl 20.2.26. The withdrawl were pending 13 days and then 5.3.26 they cancelled it without any notice or explanation.
I contacted their chat and i was told they had a technical problem. I were then advised to make the withdrawl again.
I made a new withdrawl request 5.3.26 and now it is pending again.
My KYC procedure is ok and my withdrawl amount was reduced to match their bonus terms. Their usual withdrawl time is 3 business days. So, 13 days is ridiculously long time to process a withdrawl.
My question now is what stops them to do this all over again? Keep the withdrawl pending and then after 13 days cancel it again? Reason: technical problem.
There is nothing i can do about it. This is not normal casino behaviour. I would not want any other player to have to go trough this process.
