10.17 RASKINUT NALOGA
Kazino zadržava pravo da otkaže vaš nalog iz bilo kog razloga u bilo kom trenutku bez prethodnog obaveštenja. Bilo koji saldo na vašem računu u trenutku takvog otkazivanja biće uplaćen na vašu kreditnu karticu. XIII. Ako Kazino sazna da ste igrali u bilo kom drugom onlajn kazinu pod bilo kojom od okolnosti navedenih u (I) do (XIII) iznad.

Hi Dominika, not recieved a penny and as of this morning I've now been banned also, no one will replay to me or give me any information whatsoever, I opened this case as a result and as soon as you responded to me as the timeframe was up they banned me from the casino and are not paying me, this is the email. III. If You provide incorrect or misleading registration information;
IV. If You are not of legal age;
V. If You reside in a jurisdiction where participation in Casino games is prohibited by law;
VI. If You have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on Your Casino account;

IX. If You are found colluding, cheating, money laundering or undertaking fraudulent activity;

XI. If You use the Website or Your account in bad faith;
XII. If You make statements that are sexually explicit or offensive in any of our customer support channels, including expressions of bigotry, racism, sexism, harassment of any nature, hatred, profanity or threats of violence;
XIII. If the Casino should become aware that You have played at any other on-line casino under any of the circumstances set out at (I) to (XIII) above.
