Odlučio sam nakon što sam potrošio previše novca, otišao sam na ćaskanje i zamolio ih da odmah zatvore svoj nalog, rekli su da moram da pošaljem e-poštu Rekao sam im zašto čekam da pošaljem e-poštu Želeo sam da postavim ograničenje od 1 funti mesečno, oni su odbili iako postoje uslovi koji idu na ćaskanje uživo da aktiviraju isključenje. Upravo sam dva puta poslao e-poštu i rekao im da trajno zatvore moj nalog. Oni su zaista zatvorili moj nalog i odlučio sam da pokušam da se prijavim i otišao na ćaskanje i obavestili su me da je moj nalog zatvoren zbog zavisnosti od kockanja. Sve što sam trebao da uradim je da im kažem da je moja zavisnost od kockanja izlečena na način na koji je to bilo istog dana.
Primio sam e-poruku da je moj nalog ponovo otvoren. Ovo je nečuveno. Imam sve snimke ekrana o tome da im kažem da imam zavisnost od kockanja.
Otišao sam ponovo na ćaskanje da vidim nakon što sam se žalio putem e-pošte da mi barem vrati moje depozite nakon što je ponovo otvoren, u ćaskanju je potvrdio „Peter" da je predstavnik kompanije ponovo otvorio moj nalog praveći grešku i da ga nije trebalo ponovo otvarati (svi snimci ekrana da se dokaže) i to je bila „retka greška" i odgovorno kockanje shvataju veoma ozbiljno

I just sent email twice telling them to close my account permanently . They did actually close my account and I decided to try and login and went onto chat and they informed me my account had been closed for gambling addiction . All I had to do was telling them my gambling addiction had been treated by the way this was the same day .
I received a email saying my account was reopened . This is outrageous I have all the screen shots about telling them I have gambling addiction .
i went onto chat again to see after I complained via email to at least refund me my deposits after it was reopened it was confirmed in chat by "Peter " that the representative of the company had reopened my account making a mistake and it shouldn’t of been reopened ( all screenshots to prove ) and it was a " rare mistake " and they take responsible gambling very seriously
