On October 29th, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of €500, but I haven’t received the funds yet. I contacted their support several times (agents "Jesica" and "Braden"), but I always receive the same automated replies like "your withdrawal is being processed" or "very soon." I never received any confirmation or proof that my withdrawal was actually processed.
I deposited €100 of my own money and received a €100 bonus. According to their terms, I had to wager around €7,000 to convert the bonus into real money, which I successfully completed. I followed all their rules and terms correctly before requesting the withdrawal.
Despite that, my withdrawal hasn’t been paid after more than five business days, even though they claim it takes only three. I’m seriously concerned this might be a scam, as their responses appear automated and evasive.
