Ne, kazino nije pružio nikakav zvanični dokaz da je isplata poslata na način plaćanja registrovan na mom kazino nalogu. Jedina informacija koju su pružili je da je isplata poslata na karticu koja se završava na 6204, bez dokaza da ta kartica pripada meni ili da je registrovana na mom nalogu.
Da, potvrđujem da kartica koja se završava na 6204 nikada nije dodata, korišćena ili autorizovana na mom kazino nalogu. Ova kartica ne pripada meni.
Ne, kazino nije pristao da ponovo obradi isplatu na moj ispravan način plaćanja. Nakon što su ih obavestili da kartica 6204 ne pripada meni, samo su odgovorili da je slučaj prosleđen njihovom nadležnom timu, bez potvrde bilo kakve korektivne mere.

As of today, I have not received my withdrawal, and the request made on 06 January 2026 remains unresolved.
