Iako izgleda da su podaci ažurirani/uneti kasnije, izgleda da je to urađeno tek nakon što su dobici ostvareni; ovo ne negira početno kršenje zahteva za registraciju.
Iako priznajem vašu tvrdnju da je kazino mogao da saopšti obrazloženje svoje odluke na jasniji i transparentniji način, to ne utiče na validnost ili primenljivost pravila dogovorenih prilikom registracije naloga.
Davanje tačnih i istinitih ličnih podataka ostaje odgovornost svakog pojedinačnog igrača. Pravila koja preciziraju takav zahtev mogu se naći u skoro svim onlajn kazinima.
U svetlu gore navedenog, moram da zaključim vašu žalbu kao odbijenu . Razumem da ovo možda nije ishod koji ste očekivali; međutim, nakon pažljive procene dostupnih dokaza i u skladu sa propisima industrijskih standarda, slažemo se sa odlukom kazina u ovom slučaju.
Ukoliko i dalje smatrate da je kazino nepravedno postupio u vezi sa slučajem, i dalje imate pravo da podnesete žalbu licencirajućem organu kazina ili nadležnom organu u vašoj jurisdikciji. It has been established that the requirement to provide full, accurate, and genuine personal information during account registration was not met by you at the time of creating the account. While it appears that the information was updated/inserted later, it seems this was done only after the winnings were obtained; this does not negate the initial breach of the registration requirements.
While I acknowledge your point that the casino could have communicated the reasoning for its decision in a clearer and more transparent manner, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the rules agreed to upon account registration.
Providing accurate and truthful personal information remains the responsibility of each individual player. Rules specifying such a requirement can be found in nearly all online casinos.
In light of the above, I must proceed with closing your complaint as Rejected. I understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for; however, after a careful assessment of the available evidence and in line with the industry standard regulations, we are in alignment with the casino’s decision in this case.
