Ich konnte 1000 euro Einzahlung trotz meiner Spielsucht die bei den Curago Behörden gemeldet ist. Ich habe bemerkt, dass das Casino genau den selben Anbieter hat wie Realspin wo ich auch wegen Spielsucht gespeert bin.
Ich habe den casino folgende Nachricht per e mail geschickt
das Konto wird nicht geschlossen. Das ist genau der selbe Anbieter wie bei Realspin. Deshalb verstehe ich nicht warum ich geld einzahlen konnte. Ich möchte die 1000 Euro erstattet bekommen

Iako razumemo vašu tačku gledišta, obavezno samoisključivanje se deli između onlajn kazina samo pod nekoliko specifičnih licenci. Za kazina licencirana po GCB-u, očekivanje je da se samoisključenje primenjuje uvek samo pod kazinom gde to zahtevate, nažalost.
