Želim da vam se zahvalim što ste prihvatili da otvorite žalbu.
Uspeo sam da pristupim nalogu. Uspeo sam da verifikujem. Ovo je bio moj prvi (i poslednji) depozit u ovom kazinu.
Nakon što sam čekao na čet servis 4 sata, uspeo sam da razgovaram sa agentom. Objasnio sam da sam uplatio 43 dolara i da ne mogu da pristupim nijednoj igri. Poslao sam mu snimak ekrana. Rekao mi je da sačekam trenutak. Vratio se i rekao da ne zna zašto i da moj nalog nije blokiran ni na koji način.
Rekao sam mu da samo želim svoj novac nazad jer bukvalno nisu imali nijednu igru na sajtu kojoj sam mogao da pristupim.
Nastavio je govoreći mi da moram da pošaljem dokaz o računu za komunalne usluge. To mi je bilo čudno s obzirom da sam prošao verifikaciju identiteta. Uplatio sam SVOJ novac. Njihov sajt ne funkcioniše za Kanađane i morao sam da dokažem svoj identitet pre nego što mi se novac vrati. U svakom slučaju, poslao sam im račun za komunalne usluge. Rekao mi je da mogu da podignem novac. Pokušao sam da podignem 43 dolara i dobio sam poruku da je minimalni iznos za podizanje 49 dolara. Rekao sam mu da nije uspelo. Rekao je da će mi novac biti poslat.
Konačno sam primio svoj novac. Moram reći, međutim, da je nešto veoma čudno u vezi sa ovim mestom. Imejl koji sam poslao se vratio kao neisporučiv. A čet je trajao 4 sata... A igre iz Kanade nisu dostupne.
Iako mi je novac vraćen nakon što sam pretio da ću ovo objaviti, nadao bih se da će neko proveriti ovo mesto.

I want to thank you for accepting to open the complaint.
I was able to access the account. I was able to verify. This was my first (and last) deposit to this casino.
After waiting for chat service for 4 hours, I was able to chat with an agent. I explained that I deposited 43$ and that I cannot access any games. I sent him a screenshot. He told me to wait a moment. He came back and said he doesnt know why and that my account is not blocked in any way.
I told him I just want my money back as they had literally not one game on the site I could access.
He proceeded in telling me that I had to send proof of a utility bill. I found that odd considering I passed ID verification. I deposit MY money. Their site is non functional for Canadians and I had to prove my identity before getting my money back. Anyhow, I send them a utility bill. He told me I could withdraw. I attempt to withdraw the 43$ and I get a pop saying withdrawal minimum is 49$. I told him it didnt work. He told the money will be sent to me.
I finally received my funds. I must say however that there is something very strange about this place. The email I sent came back as undeliverable. And chat took 4 hours... And the games from Canada not accessible.
While my money was returned after I threatened to go public with this, I would hope someone would verify this place.
