Zdravo. Imam ozbiljan problem sa veb-sajtom TikiTaka9.com. 26. aprila 2025. godine podneo sam zahtev za isplatu 4000 PLN (dve transakcije od po 2000 PLN). Prošlo je više od 10 dana, a sredstva još uvek nisu prebačena.
Korisnička podrška odgovara isto svaki dan — „zahtev se obrađuje", „verifikacija je u toku", „molimo sačekajte imejl" — ali nikada ne navode jasan vremenski okvir. Poslao sam svu potrebnu dokumentaciju za verifikaciju i nije bilo daljih zahteva sa njihove strane.
Trenutno je moj račun blokiran za nova isplaćivanja, traženi iznos je zamrznut, a kazino očigledno odlaže proces bez ikakvog odgovarajućeg obrazloženja.

The customer support replies the same thing every day — "the request is being processed," "verification is ongoing," "please wait for an email" — but they never provide any clear timeframe. I have submitted all required verification documents, and there have been no further requests from their side.
Currently, my account is blocked from making new withdrawals, the requested amount is frozen, and the casino is clearly delaying the process without any proper justification.
