Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa kašnjenjem u isplatama u kazinu Tikitaka.
Zatražio sam tri isplate od po 500 evra (ukupno 1.500 evra). Sve zahteve za isplatu je kazino prihvatio i trenutno su označeni kao „u pregledu / u redu za obradu".
Prema vremenu obrade koje je naveo kazino, isplate bi trebalo da budu završene u roku od 3-5 radnih dana (isključujući vikende i praznike). Međutim, prošlo je skoro dve nedelje otkako su zahtevi podneti, a nijedna isplata nije izvršena.
Više puta sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku. Svaki put sam dobijao slične odgovore u kojima se navodi da je kašnjenje posledica velikog broja transakcija i da finansijsko odeljenje radi na tome. Nije dat nikakav konkretan vremenski okvir, niti su od mene tražene dodatne informacije.
Nisam koristio nikakve bonuse vezane za ova isplaćivanja. Samo zahtevam da se moja odobrena isplaćivanja završe.

I would like to submit a complaint regarding delayed withdrawals at Tikitaka Casino.
I requested three withdrawals of €500 each (total €1,500). All withdrawal requests were accepted by the casino and are currently marked as "under review / in queue for processing."
According to the casino’s stated processing time, withdrawals should be completed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, it has now been almost two weeks since the requests were submitted, and no payment has been completed.
I have contacted customer support multiple times. Each time, I received similar responses stating that the delay is due to a high volume of transactions and that the financial department is working on it. No specific timeframe has been provided, and no additional information has been requested from my side.
I have not used any bonuses related to these withdrawals. I am simply requesting the completion of my approved withdrawals.
I am asking CasinoGuru to assist in contacting the casino and helping to clarify the status and expected completion of my withdrawals.
