I will furnish what I was able to find in screenshots below. Once the "extra win" was zapped out of my wallet, I spent a good 35-40 minutes with their support agent, who was unable to provide any explanation, at all, as to why my money was taken, or even where it was. I will email the entire chat to you. At the end of this 40 minutes, the explanation given, and the location of any pertinent information was so ludicrous, it could have been made up as I waited for it.
