Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa Unibet.ro.
Moj nalog je nedavno zatvoren bez jasnog objašnjenja, a preostali iznos na mom računu nije vraćen. Operator je samo pomenuo opšte kršenje svojih Uslova i odredbi, ali nije pružio nikakve konkretne detalje, dokaze ili konkretan razlog za odluku.
U trenutku zatvaranja, na mom računu je bio saldo pravog novca koji je zadržan bez opravdanja.
