Međutim, moje trenutno povlačenje od 340 evra je nekoliko puta otkazano i stalno dobijam istu poruku za verifikaciju.
Kada kontaktiram ćaskanje uživo, obaveštavaju me da dokumenti nisu ispravni, ali ne mogu da preciziraju koji je dokument netačan. Već sam kontaktirao odeljenje za verifikaciju, ali nisam dobio jasno objašnjenje.
Želeo bih da kazino jasno objasni koji dokument nedostaje ili da obradi moju isplatu.
