Ponovo vam pišem u vezi sa mojim zahtevom za isplatu 500 evra podnetim 9. juna, koji je i dalje označen kao „uspešan" u vašem sistemu, ali još uvek nisam primio nikakva sredstva na svoj račun.
Sada sam čekao punih 6 radnih dana i dobio sam zvaničan odgovor od Paysera-e, kojim se potvrđuje da:
Nije primljena SWIFT uplata
Ne postoji nijedna transakcija na čekanju ili rezervisana
Samo pošiljalac (vi) možete pokrenuti praćenje ili istragu
Čak i za međunarodne SWIFT transfere, maksimalno očekivano vreme je 5–7 radnih dana. Od danas, ovo kašnjenje više nije prihvatljivo i ljubazno, ali čvrsto vas molim za jedno od sledećeg:
Zvanična potvrda o plaćanju putem SWIFT-a sa referentnim brojem koji se može pratiti
Jasna izjava kojom se potvrđuje da uplata još nije poslata
Tačan vremenski okvir kada će ovaj problem biti rešen.

I am writing again regarding my €500 withdrawal request made on June 9, which is still marked as "successful" in your system, yet I have not received any funds in my account.
I have now waited 6 full business days, and I have received an official response from Paysera, confirming that:
No SWIFT payment has been received
No pending or reserved transaction exists
Only the sender (you) can initiate a trace or investigation
Even for international SWIFT transfers, the maximum expected time is 5–7 business days. As of today, this delay is no longer acceptable, and I kindly but firmly ask for one of the following:
An official SWIFT payment confirmation with a traceable reference number
A clear statement confirming that the payment has not been sent yet
An exact timeframe when this issue will be resolved.
