Imam problema u VipLuck kazinu.
Ne dozvoljavaju mi da verifikujem svoj račun i ne mogu da podignem novac. Već sam poslao sva dokumenta, uključujući i izvod iz banke, a sada žele dokaz o mojoj poslednjoj uplati, koji sam već poslao, ali ga stalno odbijaju.
Platio sam putem Google Pay-a debitnom karticom, kažu da je urađeno bankovnim transferom (nikad nisam uradio bankovni transfer), takođe sam više puta pitao kako se zove trgovac, ali neće da mi kažu da bih mogao sam da ga vidim na izvodu, takođe su veoma grubi i samo stalno govore da otpremim dokumentaciju, jednostavno je odvratno, nikada ranije nisam imao ovaj problem.
A sada žele transakciju na istoj stranici kao i moje ime, broj računa i adresa, to postaje šala. Poslali su mi potvrdu za odbijenu transakciju pre nje, ali ne i za provršenu uplatu. Samo želim ime trgovca da bih mogao da pretražim ovu prokletu transakciju jer sam istog dana uplatio isti iznos u druge kazina.

I'm having problems at VipLuck Casino.
They won't let me verify my account and I can't withdraw my money. I've already sent all the documents, including my bank statement, and now they want proof of my last deposit, which I've already sent, but it keeps getting rejected.
I paid via google pay through my debit card, they are saying its done by bank transfer (never ever done a bank transfer), i have also asked multiple times what the merchant name is but they wont tell me so i can see it on the statement myself, also they are so rude and just keep saying upload the documentations, its just degusting never had this issue before.
And now they want the transaction on the same page as my name, account number, and address, its becoming a joke. they sent me a receipt for the declined transaction before it but not one for the payment going through. i just want the merchant name soi i can search this damn transaction because i deposited the same amount to other casinos on the same day.
Please help me fix this problem.
