Podnosim žalbu protiv WantedWin kazina.
Ispunio sam uslove klađenja za moj bonus. Nakon što je klađenje završeno, nastavio sam da igram nekoliko sati i moj saldo je značajno porastao iznad limita bonusa od 10×. Kazino me nije upozorio, ograničio moju igru niti primenio bilo kakvo ograničenje tokom ovog vremena.
Tek kada sam zatražio isplatu (nekoliko hiljada evra), kazino mi je smanjio stanje na računu za preko 11.000 evra nekoliko sati nakon moje prve isplate. Nemam snimke ekrana jer se sve relevantne informacije čuvaju na serverima kazina, a već sam zatražio kompletan izvoz podataka od njih.
Ovo je nepravedno iz sledećih razloga:
- Klađenje je već bilo završeno.
- Igrao sam satima iznad limita, što je značilo da sam imao realan rizik da sve izgubim.
- Kazino je dozvolio svu igru i intervenisao je samo kada sam pokušao da podignem novac.
- Retroaktivna primena ograničenja bonusa se smatra nepravednom prema industrijskim standardima.
- Kazino nije pružio nikakvo upozorenje ili automatsko ograničenje. To znači da sam mogao sve da izgubim, a da oni nisu imali nikakav rizik.
Molim za pomoć od Casino Guru-a u rešavanju ovog problema i vraćanju mojih zakonitih dobitaka.

I am submitting a complaint against WantedWin Casino.
I completed the wagering requirements of my bonus. After wagering was finished, I continued playing for several hours and my balance increased significantly above the 10× bonus limit. The casino did not warn me, restrict my play, or apply any limitation during this time.
Only when I requested a withdrawal (few thousand euros) did the casino reduce my balance by over €11,000 a few hours after my first withdraw. I do not have screenshots because all relevant information is stored on the casino’s servers, and I have already requested a full data export from them.
This is unfair for the following reasons:
- The wagering was already completed.
- I played for hours above the limit, meaning I had a real risk of losing everything.
- The casino allowed all gameplay and only intervened when I attempted to withdraw.
- Retroactive enforcement of bonus limits is considered unfair by industry standards.
- The casino did not provide any warning or automatic restriction. Means i could have lost all and they had no risk.
I request Casino Guru’s assistance in resolving this issue and restoring my rightful winnings.
