Podnosim žalbu protiv Wildrobin-a u vezi sa odloženim isplatama i ograničenjima računa nakon značajne dobitke.
Dana 05.04.2026. osvojio sam 100.000 funti na slot mašinama. Ova pobeda je ostvarena depozitom od 100 funti.
U tom trenutku nije bilo aktivnog bonusa primenjenog na moj nalog. Dobici stoga ne podležu nikakvim uslovima bonusa ili zahtevima za klađenje.
Odmah sam zatražio isplatu od 1.500 funti, što je maksimalni dnevni limit. Ova isplata, zajedno sa naknadnim zahtevima, još uvek čeka na odobrenje.

Višestruka povlačenja ostaju na čekanju daleko duže od navedenog roka od 3 radna dana
Rečeno mi je da će povlačenja biti ubrzana, ali se to nije dogodilo
Ponovo je zatražen KYC uprkos prethodnoj verifikaciji i uspešnim povlačenjima
Moj nalog sada prikazuje isplate koje je operater blokirao
I dalje mogu da uplaćujem sredstva bez ograničenja
Ovo izaziva ozbiljnu zabrinutost. Nije bilo problema prilikom uplate ili gubitka sredstava. Ograničenja su primenjena tek nakon velikog dobitka.

I am submitting a complaint against Wildrobin regarding delayed withdrawals and account restrictions following a significant win.
On 05/04/2026, I won £100,000 on a slots game. This win was achieved from a £100 deposit.
There was no active bonus applied to my account at the time. The winnings are therefore not subject to any bonus terms or wagering requirements.
I immediately requested a withdrawal of £1,500, which is the maximum daily limit. This withdrawal, along with subsequent requests, remains pending authorisation.
I currently have £4,500 in pending withdrawals and a remaining account balance of £50,000.
Wildrobin’s own terms and conditions state that withdrawals will be processed within 3 working days. This timeframe has now been exceeded without valid explanation.

This morning, I was asked to complete KYC again. I have fully complied with this request and provided the following:
