Posle novogodišnjeg raspusta, 6. januara 2026. godine, pokušao sam da se prijavim i želeo sam da proverim kako sve ide bez ikakvih problema, ali nisam mogao.
Prilikom prijavljivanja, pojavio se iskačući prozor sa porukom „Vaš nalog je zatvoren. Kontaktirajte podršku" (nije 100% tačno, ovakva poruka)
Bio sam toliko iznenađen onim što se dogodilo i kontaktirao sam podršku putem ćaskanja i imejlova.
Ćaskanje je prekinuto pre nego što sam prijavio stvar, a imejl je bio ljubazan, ali su stalno govorili: „Komercijalna odluka i ovo je konačno".
Pitao sam kakva je bila komercijalna odluka i da li sam prekršio njihove uslove ili tako nešto, iako nisam dobio jasan odgovor.
U ovom trenutku sam mnogo ozbiljniji u vezi sa razlozima nego sa mojim depozitom i dobicima, naravno da je moj novac važan do sada, ali želim da znam zašto je moj novac iznenada uzet bez ikakve najave.
Na kraju, sve što želim je da mi se račun povrati i da barem novac koji sam uplatio nekako bude vraćen.
Da li mislite da je ovo uobičajena stvar koja se dešava u onlajn kazinima?

At this moment I am serious about the reasons much more than my deposit and winnings, of course my money is important so far, but I want to know why my money was all taken suddenly without any notices.
In the end, all I want is my account to be recovered and at least the money that I deposited is back somehow.
