Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa WinPlace Casino-om.
Kontaktirao sam kazino zahtevajući trenutno zatvaranje naloga zbog štete povezane sa kockanjem i poteškoća u kontrolisanju mojih troškova na kockanje. U imejlu sam objasnio da trošim novac koji ne mogu sebi da priuštim da izgubim.
Kazino je kasnije potvrdio da je moj nalog zatvoren. Međutim, nisu odgovorili na moj zahtev za povraćaj novca niti na pitanja u vezi sa odgovornim kockanjem koja su izneta u mojoj komunikaciji.
Takođe sam kontaktirao podršku uživo i obavešten sam da:
* moj imejl je primilo nadležno odeljenje,
* zahtevi se proveravaju ručno,
* i moj zahtev je bio stavljen u red.
Traženi iznos povraćaja je 2.300,00 funti i odnosi se na gubitke od kockanja nastale dok sam pretrpeo štetu povezanu sa kockanjem.
Ovim se potvrđuje da je kazino primio i pregledao moju komunikaciju, ali još uvek nisam dobio nikakav odgovor u vezi sa mojom žalbom na povraćaj novca.
Tražim pomoć u preispitivanju ovog pitanja i dobijanju formalnog odgovora od kazina u vezi sa mojom žalbom i zahtevom za povraćaj novca.
Mogu da obezbedim kopije imejlova i razgovora uživo ako je potrebno.

I would like to raise a complaint regarding WinPlace Casino.
I contacted the casino requesting immediate account closure due to gambling-related harm and difficulties controlling my gambling spending. In my email, I explained that I was spending money I could not afford to lose.
The casino later confirmed that my account had been closed. However, they did not address my refund request or the responsible gambling concerns raised in my communication.
I also contacted live support and was informed that:
* my email had been received by the relevant department,
* requests are checked manually,
* and my request had been placed in the queue.
The refund amount requested is £2.300,00 relating to gambling losses incurred while I was experiencing gambling-related harm.
This confirms that the casino received and reviewed my communication, but I have still not received any response regarding my refund complaint.
I am requesting assistance in reviewing this matter and obtaining a formal response from the casino regarding my complaint and refund request.
