ZANZIBET pokušava da me prevari i ostavi mi tužna iskustva.
Nakon što sam kreirao nalog na Zanzibetu, odlučio sam da dopunim svoj igrački račun unosom iznosa od 15 USD, a zatim nastavim sa transakcijom koristeći svoj kripto novčanik. Uplatio sam tačan iznos od 15 USD, meni nepoznat. Postoji dodatna naknada od 0,0210 centi. Nakon završetka transakcije, sredstva su mi skinuta sa računa, ali nažalost, moj igrački račun nije kreditiran zbog nedostatka naknada.
Kada sam primetio problem, prijavio sam im problem gde sam obavešten, a zatim sam predložio da od uplaćenih 15 dolara odbiju troškove i da preostali iznos uplate na moj račun. Rečeno mi je da to nije moguće i savetovano mi je da izvršim još jedan depozit koji je dovoljan da pokrije prethodne i trenutne troškove kako bi obe transakcije bile uspešno uplaćene na moj igrački račun.
Prateći njihov savet, uplatio sam još 13 dolara, što je sada ukupno iznosilo 28 dolara, ali nijedan od ovih depozita nije dodat na moj igrački račun niti mi je vraćen do danas.
Prošlo je više od 2 dana suđenja i beskrajnog čekanja na rešenje, a ipak nema nikakvih novosti u vezi sa problemom. Svaki put kada im se javim u razgovor dobijam isti lažni odgovor, što je sve učinilo još frustrirajućim, jer već više od 2 dana ništa nije učinjeno niti su preduzeti pozitivni koraci.

ZANZIBET are trying to scam me and leave me with a sad experiences.
After creating an account with zanzibet I decided to top-up my gaming account by entering the amount of 15 USD then proceed with the transaction using my crypto wallet, i deposited the exact sum of 15 USD unknown to me there is an extra charges attached amount of 0.0210 Cent, after completing the transaction I was debit but sadly my gaming account was not credited due to the absent of the charges.
Upon noticing, I reported the issue to them where I was informed, then I suggested that from the 15 USD funded, they should deduct charges and credit my account with leftover, I was told that can't be possible and I was advised to initiate another deposit that's sufficient enough to cover up the previous amount charges and the current one for both transactions to be successful credited to my gaming account.
Following their advice I made another deposit of 13 USD now amounted to 28 USD altogether, yet none of this deposits were added to my gaming account or refund back to me till date.
It is over 2 days of trials and endless waiting for resolution yet no updates regarding the issue coming , each time i chat them up i keep getting same false response repeatedly and that made the whole issues frustrating even more, that for over 2 days nothing has not been done and no positive steps taken.
