Napravio sam nalog i uplatio novac. Nekoliko dana kasnije planirao sam da se kladim. Ali moj limit je bio 0,4 evra na Premijer ligu. Nešto nije bilo u redu, nisam mogao da se kladim. A nikada nisam ni kladio.
Takođe ne mogu da podignem novac jer moram da se kladim, ali mi je nemoguće da se kladim kada su ograničenja takva kakva jesu.
Razgovarao sam sa Zokerom, zamolili su me da pokušam ponovo itd.

Nije uspelo. I sada nisam dobio odgovor već 8 dana, i osećam da ovo ne shvataju ozbiljno, imam novi nalog koji ne radi. Poslao sam 3 imejla bez odgovora. Zato podnosim ovu žalbu. Ovo je drugačije od kašnjenja u isplatama, ovo je jednostavno beznadežno, ja sam novi kupac. Nadam se da će im ova žalba možda dati prioritet. Trebalo bi da uklone ograničenje klađenja i da mi dozvole da isplaćujem novac kada mi ne dozvoljavaju da se kladim.

I created account and deposited. some days later i planned to place a bet. but my limits was 0.4 euro on premier league. something was wrong, i could not place any bets. and i have never placed any bets.
i can also not withdraw since i have to wager,but it impossible for me to wager when the limits are as they are.
I talked to zoccer, they asked me to try again etc.

It did not work. And now i have not gotten answer for 8 days, and i feel they dont take this seriously, i have a new account that does not work. i have sent 3 mails without respond. therefore i make this complaint. this is different than delay in withdrawals, this is just hopeless, i am a new customer. i hope this complaint maybe will make them prioritize it. they should remove the wagering restriction and let me withdraw when they wont let me bet
i have not gotten any verification or something like that
