pre 6 danaCasino is good for the most part but the withdrawal side is shocking. I withdrew £400 and then £300 but both stay on your balance until they get around to paying out. They paid out the £400 but left in the £300 for well over the 24 hours that it said on their website. I ended up spending that part of the balance but it shouldn’t be allowed. You should be able to lock withdrawals. I don’t think I will play here again as it’s too easy to lose your balance whereas other casinos let you lock your winnings

pre 1 mesecaI enjoyed playing here at first but after a couple of weeks and failed withdrawals I asked them to close my account. They flat out refuse to do so. I emailed 5 times and went on live chat. They say ‘don’t make an emotional decision’I sent a deposit through crypto yesterday to the wallet they told me to. It was confirmed on the blockchain and I sent them proof. Apparently I haven’t sent it to them despite me not sending crypto to anyone else before and I copy and pasted the wallet address. I have since sent them proof of where they have withdrawn the funds to

pre 2 meseciI made 2 deposits and won up to £800. When I had £700 in my balance I contacted customer support to ask if I could withdraw the funds and wait for the account to be verified. I got a simple no as a response. I then lost the funds and only have £200 left. It’s been 5 days now since I sent the documents requested and they haven’t even replied to any emails I have sent. They 100% delay the verification in hopes that you lose the funds. It’s a shame really as the game providers and amount of games available to play are brilliant. Edit. It’s now been 10 days and still not verified.
