Većina detalja je već u mojim prethodnim porukama, ali ću ponovo sve ukratko sumirati:
Davno sam već tražio da se moj nalog na Kuickvin-u zatvori i dugo je ostao zatvoren.
Bez pitanja ili dobijanja moje saglasnosti, nalog je iznenada ponovo otvoren i dobio sam e-poruku u kojoj je pisalo:
„Zdravo Bromberger, vaš nalog je ponovo otvoren."
Nakon što sam izgubio prvih nekoliko stotina evra, odmah sam zatražio da se račun ponovo zatvori — to je bilo 9. februara 2025. Od tada sam, nažalost, nastavio da se kockam skoro svakodnevno i više puta sam kontaktirao podršku putem e-pošte i ćaskanja uživo, ponekad nekoliko puta nedeljno, moleći ih da mi što pre zatvore nalog.
U ćaskanju uživo su mi stalno govorili da ništa ne može da se uradi direktno, da će problem biti prosleđen, da se radi sa visokim prioritetom itd.
Ali nikad se ništa nije desilo.
Od samog početka sam imao jaku sumnju da zbog mog očiglednog ponašanja kockanja i depozita (česti depoziti, česti otkazani zahtevi za isplatu), operateri kazina namerno odbijaju da zatvore moj račun, jer su mogli da vide koliko novca gubim, uprkos tome što sam jasno rekao da imam zavisnost od kockanja i da mi je potrebna pomoć.
Sada sam izgubio preko 10.000 evra od početka godine.
Svuda sam blokiran, čak i registrovan u OASIS-u, a bio sam i na terapiji.
Ali samo Kuickvin Casino mi je dozvolio da se ponovo kockam.
Svuda sam tražio pomoć. Čak sam molio podršku putem ćaskanja uživo da mi pomogne.
Odgovori su uvek bili isti. Neki agenti su čak odgovorili, kada sam im rekao da nemam kontrolu nad svojom zavisnošću:
"Na vama je da li ćete se prijaviti ili ne."

Poslao sam vam istoriju e-pošte direktno putem e-pošte jer nisam želeo da je objavim javno jer sadrži moje puno ime i adresu e-pošte itd.
Prošle nedelje sam poslao još jedan zvanični zahtev e-poštom, čak sam stavio vašeg kolegu Tomasa u CC.
Ipak, ništa se nije desilo, a ja sam od tada izgubio nekoliko hiljada evra.
Kao da nije bilo dovoljno loše što je račun i dalje aktivan i još uvek mogu da uplaćujem depozit (i nažalost nastavljam da to činim svakodnevno), čak sam juče primio i e-poruku u kojoj se kaže da sam sada VIP korisnik, sa bonusom od 100 € i ličnim menadžerom.
Čak ni taj lični menadžer nije odgovorio na moj zahtev da zatvorim nalog.
Da povratim novac koji sam izgubio od tada i zatvorim svoj račun - da li mislite da ima smisla ako ovo eskaliram podnošenjem formalnih žalbi nadležnom organu za kockanje i organu za licenciranje ili mislite da ćete moći da pronađete drugo rešenje sa predstavnikom KuickVinCasina?
Ovakvo loše ponašanje i nemar prema ljudima koji se bore sa zavisnošću od kockanja mogu uništiti živote i ne smeju se tolerisati.

Most of the details are already in my previous messages, but I’ll summarize everything briefly again:
A long time ago, I had already requested my account at Quickwin to be closed and it stayed closed for a long time.
Without asking me or getting my consent, the account was suddenly reopened, and I received an email saying:
"Hi Bromberger, your account has been reopened."
After I lost the first few hundred euros, I immediately requested the account to be closed again — that was on February 9th, 2025. Since then, I have unfortunately continued to gamble almost daily and have repeatedly contacted support via email and live chat, sometimes several times per week, begging them to close my account as soon as possible.
In the live chat, I was constantly told that nothing could be done directly, that the issue would be forwarded, that it was being handled with high priority, etc.
But nothing ever happened.
From the very beginning, I had the strong suspicion that due to my obvious gambling and deposit behavior (frequent deposits, frequent cancelled withdrawal requests), the casino operators were deliberately refusing to close my account, because they could see how much money I was losing, despite clearly stating that I have a gambling addiction and needed help.
I’ve now lost over €10,000 since the beginning of the year.
I am blocked everywhere else, even registered with OASIS, and I’ve also been in therapy.
But only Quickwin Casino allowed me to gamble again.
I looked for help everywhere. I even begged support via live chat to please help me.
The responses were always the same. Some agents even replied, when I told them I had no control over my addiction:
"It’s up to you whether you log in or not."

I’ve sent you the email history directly by email cause I didn’t want to post it publicly because it contains my full name and email address etc.
Last week, I sent another formal request by email, even putting your colleague Thomas in CC.
Still, nothing has happened, and I’ve lost several thousand euros since then.
As if it wasn't bad enough that the account is still active and I’m still able to deposit (and unfortunately continue to do so daily), I even received an email yesterday saying that I am now a VIP customer, with a €100 bonus and a personal manager.
Even that personal manager has not responded to my request to close the account.
To claim back the money I have lost since then, and close my account - do you think it makes sense if I escalate this by filing formal complaints with the gambling authority and the licensing body or do you think you will be able to find another solution with the representative from QuickWinCasino?
This kind of misconduct and negligence towards people struggling with gambling addiction can destroy lives, and it must not be tolerated.
