Kazina, generalno, imaju pravo da ograniče ili čak zatvore račune igrača ako sumnjaju na neregularnu igru ili druge sumnjive aktivnosti ili bez ikakvog razloga.
Možete li molim vas da kažete da li kazino drži neka sredstva? Ako je kazino isplatio sav dobitak ili nije bilo preostalih sredstava, bojim se, ne možemo mnogo da uradimo za vas.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.
Could you please advise if there are any funds being held by the casino? If the casino paid out all the winnings or there were no remaining funds, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.
