Sada (privremeno) zatvaram slučaj dok nam Nik ne dostavi potrebne detalje i dokaze u vezi sa tim. Pošto traje toliko vremena i ne znamo kada će nam stići potrebne informacije, nema smisla da ih držimo otvorenim.
Međutim, pošto sam redovno u kontaktu sa Nikom i to je verovatno jedini način na koji možemo da rešimo vaš problem, žalba će biti ponovo otvorena čim se dobije traženo pojašnjenje, a vi ćete biti obavešteni putem e-pošte.

Now I am (temporarily) closing the case until Nick provides us with the necessary details and evidence regarding the matter. Since it is taking so long and we do not know when the necessary information will reach us, it makes no sense to keep it open.
