Bio sam korisnik Rajabetsa poslednjih šest meseci.
Međutim, moj zahtev za povlačenje 22.04.2024 u 00:27 je neočekivano otkazan, što je izazvalo zahtev za verifikaciju.
Dana 23.04.2024 u 01:03, blagovremeno sam predao traženu dokumentaciju.
Od tada nije bilo ažuriranja statusa, a dokumenti su ostali u stanju čekanja. Uprkos tome što sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku, dobio sam samo jedan odgovor: da su moji dokumenti u redu.
Izgubio sam svu svoju ušteđevinu otkako sam počeo da igram na mreži i marljivo pokušavam da otplatim svoje kredite bez prigovora.
Međutim, blokada povlačenja u svrhu verifikacije izgleda namerno, i uznemirujuće je što smo prepušteni da se zalažemo za pristup sopstvenim sredstvima.

However, my withdrawal request on 22/04/2024 at 00:27 was unexpectedly cancelled, prompting a request for verification.
On 23/04/2024 at 01:03, I promptly submitted the required documents.
Since then, there has been no status update, and the documents have remained in a pending state. Despite reaching out to customer support, I have received only one response: that my documents are in a queue.
I have lost all my savings since getting into online gaming and have been diligently attempting to repay my loans without complaint.
However, the blockage of withdrawals for verification purposes seems intentional, and it is distressing that we are left to plead for access to our own funds.
