Problem u procesu verifikacije.....
Moje Rajabets korisničko ime -- [uredio Casino.Guru admin]
Deponovao sam 50k 4. oktobra 2023. Sada imam 60k iznad
Postavio sam sve potrebne dokumente na rajabets 5. oktobra 2023. ali još nisam verifikovan.. već je prošlo nedelju dana.. i kada pitam o ovom problemu u chat botu rajabets-a, oni mi kažu da „naše odeljenje za rizik će se pobrinuti za to i to će uraditi relevantno odeljenje u najkraćem mogućem roku .hvala na strpljenju". Počeo sam rajabetove sa svojim nick-om i nekim pogrešnim DOB-om .. Moje puno ime u igri je -- [uredio Casino.Guru admin] . DOB -- [uredio Casino.Guru admin]. PREMA vladinom, moje ime je -- [uredio Casino.Guru admin] . I DOB -- [uredio Casino.Guru admin].. Nakon toga sam poslao mail na -- support@rajabets.com ali oni isto kažu .. nego sam tražio broj korisničke podrške i chat bot mi govori da rajabetsovo odeljenje za rizik nije u mogućnosti da kontaktira sa korisnicima .. razočaran sam procesom verifikacije .. i moram da podižem novac za ličnu upotrebu, ali nisam u mogućnosti da uradim ovo jer je verifikacija na čekanju..

Problem facing in verification process......

I've deposited 50k on 4th October 2023. Now I've 60k above
I've uploaded all the necessary documents on rajabets on 5th October 2023 but have not verified yet .. it's already been a week .. and when I ask about this problem to the chat bot of rajabets they are telling me that "our risk department will handle it and it will be done by the relevant department asap .thank you for your patience" . I started rajabets with my nick name and some how putted wrong DOB .. My in game full name is -- [edited by Casino.Guru admin] . DOB -- [edited by Casino.Guru admin]. AS PER governmental I'd my name is -- [edited by Casino.Guru admin] . And DOB -- [edited by Casino.Guru admin].. After that I sent a mail to the -- support@rajabets.com but they are saying the same .. than I asked for the customer care number and chat bot is telling me that rajabets's risk department is not able to contact with the users .. I'm disappointed with the verification process .. and I need to withdraw money for some personal use but I'm not able to do this cozz verification is on waiting..
