- Did you use a casino or sports betting bonus?
- When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please note that if you claim a bonus and lose the bonus balance, it does not mean that the bonus is over. The bonus ends only in case you wager the bonus or your balance is at zero (real balance too).
