As you can see from my previous review, I couldn't speak any higher of LetsLucky and that's where it ended. Very disappointed with the level of service now. Customer support aren't friendly nor try to help when needed. As a VIP they don't give any reward, bonuses or appreciation for the amount of money deposited and don't see to communicate with each other. One tells you one thing and the next one says something different. As a VIP the deposit bonuses offered are extreme with stupid minimum deposit amounts but the less you deposit over time, the less your minimum deposit is. Since becoming VIP it's all gone down hill. I would recommend making this your no 1 casino. They don't reward you. One way street

This casino is an absolute scam and shouldn't be played in. They have and still are refusing to pay me out $10000 which I won fairly and as per T&Cs but they keep saying I have to upload verification documents which have now been sent 6 times. I have also received emails saying they have received my docs and my account is now verified and updated but day 5 and they cancel it so my withdrawal starts again, Live Support dont know anything when it comes to the games, money and T&C's. They also cant put you through to anyone nor a manager. There is no contact for a manager or any person of authority within the account.
