I have cashed out before and it really is quite instant when cashing out lower amounts. I didn't hear anything for roughly 8 hours when I decided to inquire what was going on. I was then told that they couldn't verify where the money I used to play with and when the jackpot came from. They didn't indicated that they were going to check with their game provider where that money came from. I still have not heard anything and it's been a week.
