After making the minimum verification deposit, unfortunately on a weekend, I received my BtC winnings two days later on Tuesday, 5/3/2023. I had to send an email to banking and payments, never received a confirmation email or congratulations on your winnings email, but received a notification from my BTC wallet and funds were there! They will pay, but have patients.

Please note: I am an avid player of many online casinos, both new and established. I am a loyal depositor of highly rated casinos, and unfortunately, I learned the hard way of which casinos to avoid. I am always willing to give a casino the chance to prove its worth, but I am also not shy of alerting other potential players of casinos to avoid it as a result of my experience. (I have a copy of the last email I sent BonusBlitz that outlines my entire ordeal that I am more than willing to share if requested). I hope this review/post is helpful to those contemplating whether or not to support BonusBlitz and open an account. HERE WE GO:
Signup and No-Deposit Bonus: Creating an account is a standard and rather easy process. Personal and correct legal information (name, address, d.o.b, etc.) is required. I claimed a $100 no-deposit bonus with max cash out of $100 from a reputable website. At this point, there were no problems to point out, but generally, this is the easiest point of all casinos. It is stated in the T&C that a "single successful deposit" to withdraw from a no-deposit bonus, and if it's a "New Signup Bonus" no-deposit free chip a "verification deposit" must be made. THE MINIMUM AMOUNT NEEDED FOR THE VERIFICATION DEPOSIT DOES NOT ACCOMPANY THESE STATEMENTS.
THE BELOW INFORMATION IS WHERE MY OPINION BEGAN AND RATING STARTED FOR BONUSBLITZ.
Verification Process- From the second I submitted a withdrawal request and received a BonusBlitz email rejection stating I needed to send in documents, to the moment I received the email stating my account was FINALLY verified, it took 6 days (144 hours), well over their stated 72 hours. I received an email stating they have a right to extend this, which could take "several business days". This was NOT an easy process like most highly rated casinos. Although the documents requested consisted solely of my valid identification card and selfie, over 9 emails were sent during the 6-day time frame requesting an account update. Not one email was received during this time from BonusBlitz confirming they had, at a minimum, received my documents. I sent my documents in every email to their support team and banking team. Last night, I sent them one last lengthy email before I would revert to filing a dispute. I was then and currently not happy about sending my personal information via email on more than one occasion and not receiving some form of acknowledgment it was received. My identity then becomes at risk, but this does not seem to be an issue or concern for BonusBlitz. No apology was ever received from BonusBlitz, even after I sent an email stating my concerns.
Account Verification Notification- It wasn't until after my last and lengthy email to BonusBlitz last night that I awoke today to an email from Banking stating my account has been verified. Great news right? Well, yes to some extent. The email ALSO informed me of a $10 verification deposit that was mandatory before making a withdrawal that had to be made within 3 days of my account being verified or my winnings would be void. I'm not in dispute of this standard requirement, because I was aware of a verification deposit in the T&C. I am overly frustrated at the fact that in every generic email response, I received over 6 days, when an email reply was received, NOT ONCE was this mentioned, nor was the required minimum amount to deposit mentioned. BonusBlitz made sure to mention the procedure of withdrawal from non-deposit bonus and standard deposit but failed to mention this detail until the very last second.
Communication- At the convenience of BonusBlitz, players have no method of contacting support or gaining assistance from BonusBlitz other than sending an email. If it is something urgent, you are at the mercy of BonusBlitz and can only hope they reply. If they do reply, cross your fingers that it is not an auto-reply, repetitive, or email containing irrelevant information that disregards your reason for needing assistance. LIVE CHAT support is NOT AVAILABLE, nor do they have a phone number to contact.
NOTE: At the time of this post, I have not made the verification deposit. I am waiting on a reply from BonusBlitz with answers to questions I posed regarding information that was withheld until they found it necessary to release.
