Obećali su da će odgovoriti po rezultatu provjere u roku od jednog dana, ali su poslali dopis da je provjera još u procesu, pa će rezultat biti naknadno. Nikad nisam dobio odgovor, a moj kazino račun je blokiran. BEZ OBJAŠNJENJA RAZLOGA. Niko ne odgovara na moje poruke poštom. Očigledno su odlučili da se pretvaraju da ja ne postojim.
Neću ni da govorim koliko je pogrešan i nečuven ovakav odnos prema igračima. Ok, blokirali ste moj nalog, ali barem objasnite zašto. Zaista se nadam da će ovaj problem biti riješen (iako je prošlo 3 mjeseca), ili ću tek saznati zašto mi je račun blokiran. Iskreno se nadam reakciji predstavnika MBit casina.
Već sam vidio slične pritužbe na MBit na drugim stranicama, pa sam i odlučio ostaviti komentar. S jedne strane, šteta je što se ljudi tako često suočavaju sa nepravednim odnosom prema sebi. Ipak, možda će to postati pokazatelj kvaliteta i neko će obratiti pažnju na ovaj problem. Ako kazino ne podiže novac, to znači nekvalitetan i odvratan odnos prema igračima. Volio bih da se ova situacija konačno riješi.
