Nisam mogao da podignem novac jer su tražili službeni papir banke sa prethodne kartice koju sam koristio b4 koja je istekla.
Banka ne izdaje takvu vrstu papira za istekle kartice. Kazino je odbio da nastavi sa PLAĆANjEM uprkos činjenici da je depozit izvršen sa druge važeće kartice i da su ostali papiri verifikovani (id, račun, kartica, prebivalište itd.).
Izgubljeno 600€.
I couldn't withdraw the money cause they asked a formal paper of bank from a previous card I used b4 that had expired.
Bank doesn't issues that kind of paper for expired cards. Casino declined to proceed the PAYMENT dispite the fact that the deposit was made from another valid card and the rest papers were verified (id, account, card, residensce etc).
