Im giving Ducky Luck casino 4 stars. First and foremost, they paid me my $2000 winnings. Thats amazing. Im over the moon. That said, this is what I disagree with, after I won the $2000 and cashed, suddenly, Im not eligible to get those free spins they give you after a deposit. That was a great incentive for me to deposit actually. I just loved that they did that. Since I cashed, I noticed my promotions page was empty, there was nothing, no crypto deposit bonuses, no more anything. So, I contact support and they tell me that Ive been deemed as {A SKILLED PLAYER} no more lucky ducky, What? IF you look at your profile you will come to a page where they show 4 rows with the the kind of player one is. What I dont understand, instead of me getting a better label what they have labeled me isnt even listed. Go figure? I guess they just came up with that title? Thats the craziest thing Ive ever heard. Im an avid slot player, however, slots are a game of chance, period. You play at your own risk.
How they justify taking away all my perks just because I got liucky and won, and labeling me as A Skilled player, no idea. They said that those bonuses and promotions were for the average player, that I no longer qualify for those perks. To me I dont think thats fair at all.
