On January 13, 2024, I requested a withdrawal of €63 from this casino. Of course, I had previously sent all documents for verification. Before the withdrawal, I asked in the chat whether I could withdraw using the INPAY method to my bank account because it was the fastest method - 30 minutes. Unfortunately, when I asked when the payment would be made, LC said that I needed to contact the financial department regarding this matter. After several e-mails, they kindly replied in a twisted manner that I should wait but I don't know what for. After 3 days, I canceled the withdrawal and placed the order using the same method as I made the deposit, i.e. via a crypto wallet. Of course, the time limit for payment is up to 48 hours. After this time, I ask again when the payment will be made and again confusing answers. I do not recommend this casino and I discourage anyone from making deposits to them because you will not receive your money.
