Isprobajte moje drugo povlačenje, prvo sam od njih dobio da im je potrebna dodatna verifikacija, pa sam im dao video! od sebe, nakon toga izjavljuju da me proveravaju nepošteno kockanje što može da potraje i do 31 kalendarski dan. Dao sam im oko 10-15 pojedinačnih opklada sa 40-50 EUR, ne znam šta da proverim na ovome. Takođe, ako pokušate da zatvorite svoj nalog, oni to ne rade, kažu da ako imate povlačenje na čekanju, nalog ne može da se izbriše. Takođe su izjavili da ako izbrišete svoj nalog, oni vam jednostavno zadrže novac tako da vam neće isplatiti, što je potpuno nezakonito. Vidim ispred sebe njihov odgovor: „T&C 8.20, kompanija ima pravo da zadrži povlačenje do blablabla". Znamo to, vidite, jednostavno nije fer prema igračima koji stvaraju usrane izgovore da ne isplate i uvek se pozivaju na nepoštene T&C. Ne igrajte se na njih, potpuno nepravedno.

They stated too, that if you delete your account they just simply keep you money so they wont pay you out which is totally illegal. I see in front of myself their answer: "T&C 8.20, company has the right to withhold the withdrawal until blablabla". We know it, see it, its just not fair to the players creating bullshit excuses to not pay out and always referring to unfair T&C. Dont play at them, fully unfair.
