Very very slow withdrawal process. Seems like you only get paid out when you submit a complaint to casino guru. Poor quality service. Ill be submitting a complaint today. Quick to take your money though. Much better casinos out there

Typical L&L casino! Poor quality site that does not impress. RTP on all their sites seems to be very different to their competitors. Lack of bonuses in games etc. Your deposits just leak away fast. Site is really glitchy like all L&L casinos. Every time you leave a game it logs you out. Stick to Rootz casinos, they are the best out there.

Just signed up and deposited 20 euros. Money never arrived and has been taken from my bank account. The transaction is listed on my bank account as TWL massage parlours. This is a scam site. Be very careful with the other reviews here. I believe they are fake or paid for. I went by the player reviews here and now this has happened. Its fake and they will steal your money.

Another scam Dama casino. Verified account and deposited by card. Then when you want to withdraw by card they say they can't do it even though its an option. Bullshit. My withdrawal was below the minimum for a bank transfer so I had to play more to get above that and guess what I lost. That's why they rejected my card withdrawal. Pure scum. May the good lord bless all their families with exactly what they deserve. Stay well clear if your a card deposited. The whole casino industry is a scam now. Thats it for me. This is my last visit to casino guru.

Made a deposit. They sent me a message saying it was cancelled by my bank but the money was taken. Customer service no help. Definitely a scam site.
Also people should be very careful with the ratings casino guru give sites. I have found them to be very inaccurate.

Shocking! They leave your cashouts pending for days and days and no answers from customer support. Im still waiting on a cashout thats been pending ages. In my opinion they do this on purpose to see if you will cancel and play. Dirty underhanded behaviour. Very typical of whole industry now. Franlky, this makes me hate games I used to love and will probably quit gaming as a result.

Customer service is useless and doing nothing about it.

The were very quick to take my money. Literally no one to sort it out.

I made a deposit of 50 euro. I went to fill my car with fuel and my card was blocked by the bank. They said that a payment of 53 euro was made to an account in China and they though it was scammers. Lyra casino routed my deposit through a Chinese scam account and over charged. Disgraceful

Shocking experience.

At the start, no problems. Made deposits and 2 small withdrawals.
Went to make a third withdrawal and it got cancelled 4 times. I contacted customer support and they informed that I couldn't withdraw with my card anymore ( for some undisclosed reason). They informed that I would have to use bitcoin and I don't use that. In the end I never got my withdrawal. They force people to withdraw with methods they are unlikely to have. Very hard to deal with and customer support are terrible. They don't give a crap.

I noticed after that some of my deposits got routed through Russia.

I think this is a scam.

Shocking. They cancelled my withdrawal, then 2 minutes later sent me an email saying it was verified and processed and then cancelled it again. No reason given, no answer to email, over an hour waiting on chat, no answer from anyone.

Another scam casino. Take your money in seconds and won't payout
