Loved playing all the slots. When it came to withdraw i was asked to supply indentification with all usual official docs and copy of bills etc. I was quickly approved.
The withdrawal request was halted when they asked for a screenshot from my bank with bank number, bank account number etc. This was the first time a casino asked for this. The problem is that such a screenshot does not exist in my bank app.
I wrote many emails to try to find a solution such as supplying a copy of a blank check that has all the info required. None of my emails were answered. I now think that they refuse to pay because i refused all bonuses.
Why casino guru gives this casino an excellent rating is beyond comprehension.
They refused to psy 50$. I am happy it wasn’t more.
