Veoma loše iskustvo. Želeo sam da igram sa njima jer nude dobru igru, a nude i bonus dobrodošlice. Kada sam deponovao, video sam da bonus nije dostupan. Kontaktirao sam livechat da ih obavestim o problemu i rečeno mi je da je problem rešen i da će bonusi uskoro biti vidljivi. Čekao sam pre deponovanja i nekoliko sati kasnije, i dalje ništa, bez bonusa. Ponovo sam kontaktirao službu za korisnike, koja mi je rekla da će preneti informacije, da ne mogu ništa drugo da urade. Čekao sam još nekoliko sati i na kraju, pošto je ponestalo strpljenja, uplatio sam bez bonusa.
Nakon što sam odigrao svoja dva depozita, kontaktirao sam korisničku podršku, rekavši da sam čekao ceo dan bez ikakvog odgovora i da sam stoga morao da uplatim bez bonusa, zamolivši ih da učine gest tako što će mi ručno upisati bonuse, s obzirom da je problem nije bio na mojoj strani i da sam pokušao da rešim problem i pre deponovanja.
Rečeno mi je da to nije moguće, ali da je problem odjednom rešen i da od sada imam pravo na bonuse. Kakva sramota! Šteta, jer je sam sajt veoma dobro urađen. Tražio sam da mi se račun zatvori.
Very bad experience. I wanted to play with them because they offer a good game, and they offer a welcome bonus. When I deposited, I saw that no bonus was available. I contacted the livechat to inform them of the problem and was told that the problem had been solved and that the bonuses would be visible soon. I waited before depositing and a few hours later, still nothing, no bonus. I contacted customer service again, who told me they'd pass on the information, that there was nothing else they could do. I waited several more hours and finally, having run out of patience, I deposited without a bonus.
After having played my two deposits, I contacted customer service, saying that I had waited all day without any response and that I therefore had to deposit without a bonus, asking them to make a gesture by crediting me the bonuses manually, given that the problem was not on my side, and that I had tried to solve the problem even before depositing.
I was told that this was not possible, but that the problem had suddenly been solved and that I was eligible for bonuses from now on. What a shame! Too bad, because the site itself is very well done. I asked for my account to be closed.
