They claim to be anonymous, asked me for KYC docs which I provided. They the confiscated my winning's, closed my account and sent me back my deposits, with zero explanation as to why they have done this.
The communication with this company is abysmal.
A complaint has been lodged with casinoguru. Hoping to get this resolved as I have done nothing wrong!!
